The same work is done by hand, every day
Automation that removes the repetition and the errors that come with it.
Software engineering · Kenya
We turn the business problems slowing your organization down into software that fits how you actually work.
The idea
Technology should solve business problems, not create more of them. We engage where you have a problem but not yet a specification, and stay until the software is a genuine advantage.
We learn how your business works and where the friction really is before proposing anything.
A technology partner, not a generic coding or website vendor. Decisions are reasoned, documented and yours to keep.
No jargon, no surprises on scope, time or cost, and no pretending a problem is solved when it is not.
Sound familiar?
If two or more of these describe your organization, there is momentum waiting to be unlocked.
Automation that removes the repetition and the errors that come with it.
One system of record your whole team works from.
Workflows engineered to carry more volume without adding friction or headcount.
Dashboards and reports built on live, trustworthy data.
Custom systems shaped around your operation, not the other way round.
M-Pesa payments reconciled automatically, with an audit trail for every shilling.
What we do
Where every engagement begins
Every engagement starts here. We map your processes, define the real problem and set a technology direction before a line of code is written.
Short, fixed and paid, so the estimate you leave with is one you can rely on, whoever builds it.
Software built around your actual workflows: internal systems, portals and operational platforms.
Remove manual work and connect the systems you already rely on, from M-Pesa to your ERP.
Purposeful public experiences that communicate clearly, rank well and convert attention into action.
Build, refactor, integrate or modernize existing software without stopping the business that depends on it.
No abandonment after launch. Monitoring, maintenance and a living improvement backlog keep the system earning.
How we work
Eight stages, each with defined outputs and an exit gate. Small projects carry less paperwork, never less discipline.
Quality gates
Discovery conversation, process walk-through and a clear statement of the problem.
A requirements baseline with acceptance criteria you sign off before anything is built.
Solution design, delivery plan and the real monthly running cost, agreed up front.
Iterative delivery against a story catalog, with progress you can see at every milestone.
Automated tests plus acceptance testing with your own team on realistic data.
A controlled release into cloud accounts registered in your name.
Source code, infrastructure, runbooks and documentation transferred in full.
Warranty, support and an improvement backlog that keeps the system earning.
Requirements are written to ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148, so everyone agrees on exactly what is being built.
A traceability matrix links each requirement to the code and the test that proves it works.
We test what should be refused before what should succeed. A green build alone never makes work done.
An OWASP ASVS level 2 baseline, deny-by-default access control and an append-only audit trail.
Selected work
Most of what we build sits behind a sign-in, so every project opens a short walkthrough recorded from the real application running on demo data.

Livevictorschapel.org
A digital experience and content platform for a growing international church, paired with a custom-built CMS so staff publish sermons, events, and updates themselves — no engineering support, no third-party tools.
Product
Livespentrack.ignimik.com
A household finance management platform covering budgeting, shopping tracking, and role-based allocations for the whole family — installable as an app and fully usable offline.

Transport & fleet operations
Daily driver remittances paid by M-Pesa, allocated automatically, chased with SMS reminders and settled to vehicle owners every week with a full audit trail.
Building-materials distribution
Duplicate-safe truckload ordering with funds checks, factory purchase orders issued by SMS, loading reconciliation and an ERP-ready integration.
Working together
Choose the shape of engagement that matches where you are. Each one is priced on scope, complexity and value, and every one comes with the same commitments.
The system built for you is yours on full payment, running in cloud accounts, domains and data stores registered in your name, never pooled into ours.
Every proposal shows what the system will cost to host and run each month, not just what it costs to build.
Material changes to scope, timing or cost are raised early and agreed in writing before they happen.
Source, infrastructure as code, automated tests, runbooks and documentation, followed by a 30-day warranty.
You know the pain, not yet the solution.
A short, fixed engagement that ends with a requirements baseline, solution direction, roadmap and an honest estimate.
The outcome is clear and well defined.
Agreed scope, acceptance criteria and price, delivered against milestones you can see.
You need capacity on an existing product.
Dedicated engineering time applied to your roadmap, under the same standards as our own projects.
The system is live and must stay healthy.
Monitoring, maintenance and a prioritised improvement backlog under a written support agreement.
Yes, that is exactly where we like to start. A discovery conversation turns the problem you can describe into requirements, a solution direction and an estimate you can rely on.
You own the system built for you, its data and the cloud accounts and domain it runs on, all set up in your name. Our own reusable tooling and methods stay ours and come licensed inside your system, so you can run, maintain and extend it freely. If you are not technical, we can operate the hosting for you, but ownership stays with you.
Every proposal includes a 'What it costs to run' section with the real monthly hosting and service costs. Our default cloud setup scales down when idle, so a typical system stays lean.
Handover includes the source code, infrastructure, tests, runbooks and documentation, followed by a 30-day warranty for defects. Ongoing support and improvements are available under a written agreement with defined response times.
Yes. We build M-Pesa Daraja payments, SMS and email automation, and ERP integrations such as Odoo into business systems, behind clean interfaces so each provider can change without rewriting the system.
We are based in Kenya and also work remotely with organizations further afield wherever there is a strong delivery fit. Our systems are Kenya-ready by default: KES, +254 numbers and the Data Protection Act.
